Smoked Oolong tea is meant to be brewed hot to maximize its smokey scent and ﬂavor. To begin brewing your tea, we at META recommend using 1 tea spoon per 8 ounces of liquid. Throw your leaves into any paper tea bag, glass, mug, or container. Heat up the water to a temperature of 190° Fahrenheit (or 87° Celsius).
